3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws
• Providing necessary access and cooperation for service implementation

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Setup fees, if applicable, are due upon service commencement

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide reliable services with:

• 99% uptime for automated systems (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Response to support inquiries within 24 hours during business days
• Regular system monitoring and maintenance
• Backup and recovery procedures for critical data

6. Intellectual Property

All custom solutions developed by Miami Flow Pro remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. You retain ownership of your business data and content. We grant you a license to use our services and any custom solutions developed for your specific use case.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Miami Flow Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination
• We will provide reasonable assistance in data export (fees may apply)
• Access to our services will be discontinued
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
